Permaspace is our flagship product: a high standard of temporary modular cabins that is put to excellent use by clients across the professional spectrum, for both short and long term requirements. Based on a modular plan, the buildings are designed and assembled from scratch to your specific requirements at a SiBCAS production site. They are then delivered and installed for hire or sale. Modular buildings can be linked or stacked in a variety of combinations, making them the ideal choice for everything from project offices and classrooms to doctor’s surgeries and sports facilities.

We make certain every single detail meets your requirements, from the drafting of drawings, aided by the latest architectural 3D planning technology, to advanced structural calculations.
We are proud of the fact that all of our modular buildings are manufactured in-house within our new, high-tech factory facility, and are delivered using our own fleet of commercial vehicles. This allows us to offer a prompt and reliable service.
Modular Buildings – Easy Installation
Once on site, our fully-trained operators are able to offload modular buildings in an efficient and safe manner, backed up by fully-qualified, in-house tradesmen for any installation requirements. We offer a comprehensive site package, with our own team of painters, plumbers, joiners and electricians to carry out any work on site, including mains connections.

Our experienced team takes care of all of your modular buildings requirements, including submissions to local authorities across the UK. The team helps you choose, and also supplies, all interior amenities, including carpets and furniture, leaving you to simply pick up the keys.
