    Solution

    Outcome

Planning permission was successfully gained through close liason between SIBCAS, our client and the planning authorities. We overcame access and traffic problems by drawing up a detailed logistical plan to ensure all buildings arrived on site at their allocated time. When it came to fitting out the Permaspace relocatable classrooms, we involved the college in a collaborative design process to ensure that each room was suited to its individual requirements. The building includes the latest in innovative designs for lighting, temperature control, ventilation and high specification data installation. The modular buildings were successfully completed prior to the pupils return from their summer break.
