SiBCAS were asked to supply four two storey modular classroom blocks complete with internal staircase and toilets, providing over 1500m2 of modular accommodation (16 classrooms in total) to DFA2 Specification complete with access ramps and steps for full access.
There were short windows of opportunity to deliver to ensure minimal disruption to the school and to the surrounding neighbourhood. Intricate logistical planning was required with the main contractor to ensure a smooth transition for the school during this time.
Both the School and the Local Authority are delighted with their new modular classroom blocks, the standard of accommodation being superior to their current building prior to the refurbishment. All of which were delivered on schedule and within budget.
