Brief

Celtic Football Club, one of Scotland’s most prestigious football teams, required a bespoke media room at their Lennoxtown training ground. Project Scale

2 no. 20x8 SiBCAS CTX Modular Buildings, customised for the clubs requirements.

Challenges

No significant challenges occurred during the project. However, proactive measures such as detailed site surveys and logistical planning were undertaken to ensure smooth delivery and installation, preventing any disruption to the football club’s daily training operations.

Solution

SiBCAS provided two customised SiBCAS CTX modules specifically designed for media production. These units were delivered and installed within six weeks. To optimise the space for media activities, the units featured:

  • Low-profile heaters: These were installed to maximise wall space and remain out of view during filming, ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the room and allowing greater flexibility for camera placement.
  • Custom external finish: To align with the club’s branding, SiBCAS adjusted the colour of its logo on the units to green and white, reflecting Celtic’s iconic identity.

Outcome

The media room was completed within the six-week schedule and is now fully operational. The bespoke low-profile heaters have maximised usable wall space, ensuring that filming operations are not hindered by bulky equipment while keeping the room comfortably heated. This new media facility has significantly enhanced Celtic Football Club’s ability to produce professional-quality content, such as live broadcasts and interviews, further strengthening their engagement with fans and media outlets. The units, with their green and white branding, have seamlessly integrated into the club’s existing facilities.

All units were built and installed to meet the highest safety and quality standards.
