This week, SiBCAS proudly participated in National Apprenticeship Week, a time dedicated to celebrating the achievements and contributions of apprentices across the country. At SiBCAS, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth, and this week was the perfect occasion to highlight the incredible work of our apprentices.
We had the pleasure of hearing from five of our dedicated apprentices, who shared their experiences and insights about their journey with SiBCAS. Their stories were inspiring and showcased the diverse skills and knowledge they have gained during their time with us. Each apprentice brought a unique perspective, reflecting the varied paths and opportunities available within our company. In addition to our apprentices, our Electrical Supervisor also shared valuable insights into the importance of apprenticeships in the industry.
