Sibcas Ltd is a leading provider of Quality Modular Buildings and Relocatable Accommodation. Established in 1973, Sibcas is a family-owned and managed business.
We have 5 strategically located depots throughout the UK, employing in house skilled tradespersons, enabling us to provide buildings which have been prepared to the highest of standards meeting the demanding needs of our clients from all industry sectors including but not limited to Education, Sport and Leisure, Health, Construction, Civil Engineering, Rail Engineering and MOD. Sibcas can arrange short- or long-term rental contracts on accommodation to suit almost any function, from concept and design through to final site installation.

Process and Standards
We are extremely proud of the fact that all of our units are manufactured in-house using our qualified staff and are delivered from our own fleet of commercial vehicles and lorry mounted cranes, which allows us to provide a prompt and reliable service. Once on site, Sibcas works conscientiously to the exacting and stringent health and safety standards of the construction sector.
A full in-house design team offers the full ‘turnkey package’ which includes CAD Technicians, Project Managers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Estimators. Full local authority consents which include planning and building warrant submissions can be provided including liaising with main utilities providers such as water, gas, electricity and telephone/fibre optic provision. Our experienced team of professionals can assist with all aspects of the contract, from foundations to the choice all interior amenities, including carpets and furniture etc.
We are full members of our industry recognised association MPBA (Modular and Portable Building Association).
SHEQ Environment
SiBCAS works conscientiously to the exacting and stringent health and safety standards of the modular building industry and construction sector. As part of this commitment, our workforce is directly employed, and we invest heavily in employee development to an excellent standard.
We are full members of the Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA), Constructionline and the Contractors’ Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), are an NICEIC approved contractor, and also have Building Confidence Accreditation. We operate health and safety standards to ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety Management System Standards.
SiBCAS recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business in compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management standard and approved codes of practice relating to the company’s activities.
Training and Development
SiBCAS understands that training and development have an important contribution to support the achievement of the key objectives of the company.
Trade Competency
SiBCAS has an in-depth approach to establishing the skills competency of new employees. All SiBCAS employees are provided with the appropriate training and development opportunities to enable individuals to maintain satisfactory performance in their jobs and to meet the challenges of business growth and development. The need for well-trained employees underpins the Safety, Health and Environment (SHEQ) management system. SHEQ training needs of employees are reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis in line with our training matrix.
Health and Safety Training
All SiBCAS employees are given full Health and Safety training and no operative is allowed to start work until they have completed the SiBCAS Health & Safety induction programme. We are dedicated to employee development and have achieved a platinum Award for Committed to CSCS with over 90% of our workforce registered under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. All records of previous training, induction training and further training are held by our SHE department.
